The manual and mechanical work is now complete at Champagne Lévêque Dehan. After the period of trellising, manual trimming work followed. Indeed, the branches of the vine continue to grow from the beginning of summer until the harvest. We therefore need to aerate the vine to prevent it from being affected by rot and to facilitate maturity.
The hot days of June have allowed us to observe a very good uniform sanitary condition in our vines in Ubac and Adret since the summer. The vine promises to be generous and of quality. 2023 promises a very satisfactory harvest and an excellent vintage!
The harvest should begin around September 7.
